Mode of action
Behenic acid may reduce the blood entry into the attacked zone in the superficial skin where the preparation is applied, thus the growth and thickness of the are decreased and subsequently the size of the hair follicle and its rate of growth are diminished. Myristic acid inhibits androgen in site thus reducing the its activating role on the hair growth. Pelargonic acid extends the period required for hair production ( Anagen ) and thus it reduces the hair density and slows down its reappearance. Gondoic acid activates globulin enzymes leading to the reduction of available testosterone enzyme ( responsible for increasing skin hair growth ) in the blood capillaries in the attacked area ..
